About Me

After two decades as a C-suite gaming executive, I was keenly aware of the void between employees and management. I became a career coach to act as a catalyst for change by helping managers ask questions instead of providing answers, support employees instead of judging them, and facilitate their development through collaboration.

I began my gaming career as a casino dealer and left as the Executive Vice President of Casino for Wynn Las Vegas. I would not have this success without the help and guidance of the leaders I supported or the dedication of the teams I led. I understand the influence mentors make and also the impact strong teams have on accomplished careers. Championing others to strengthen my team and companies was at the heart of my gaming career. It’s also the reason I left gaming for coaching.
